Features:
*Filling system: This machine uses servo motor as filling power, filling operation is stable and accurate, low noise. SUS316 stainless steel filling cylinder block and piston, food grade material hose, to ensure permanent corrosion; in line with GMP and FDA standards.
*Automatic adjustment system: input the parameters to be filled into the parameter column on the touch screen, and then press the Enter key to automatically adjust the filling volume.
*Anti drip system: the anti dripping filling nozzle is used to cooperate with the leakage tank to ensure that there is no leakage or dripping pollution to the container in the filling or standby state.
*Feeding control system: when the liquid level is lower than the set level, the feeding valve opens to automatically feed, and when the set liquid level is reached, the feeding valve is closed to complete the feeding. (with CIP cleaning function)
